Service access
Vantage PT is a technology platform for trainers and their clients. Trainer accounts are currently created by invitation, and an access request does not create an account or guarantee access. When payment features are available, payments may be processed through Paystack.
Trainer as service supplier
The trainer supplies the underlying training service and is responsible for its content and delivery. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the service agreement is between the customer and trainer, and Vantage PT is not the supplier of that training service.
Vantage PT as platform
Vantage PT provides technology and may facilitate invoicing, payments, reconciliation, refunds, reversals, duplicate-payment investigations, disputes, and chargebacks. This facilitation does not make Vantage PT the supplier of the trainer's service.
Payments
When payment features are available, payments may be processed through Paystack. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, and Vantage PT does not store full card details. A payment succeeds only after provider verification and successful recording by Vantage PT.
Cancellation terms
Each trainer determines their cancellation policy and must present the applicable policy to the customer before payment. It forms part of the customer's agreement with the trainer and remains subject to applicable law.
Refunds
The trainer is financially responsible for approved service-related refunds. Vantage PT may facilitate the refund, but settlement of funds to the trainer does not remove the trainer's responsibility to fund or reimburse it. Eligibility depends on the trainer's disclosed terms, the circumstances, and applicable law. See our Payment, Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy.
Reversals and disputes
A bank, card issuer, network, or payment provider may affect transaction status through a reversal or dispute. Vantage PT and/or the trainer may provide relevant transaction and service evidence to authorised parties. Customers may also have independent rights through their bank or card issuer.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, or change the service. Features described as planned are not part of the current service until activated.
