Information we collect
When you request access, we collect the name and email address you provide, together with the date and source of the request.
How we use it
We use access-request information to respond to your enquiry and contact you about invitation-only trainer onboarding. Submitting the form does not create a trainer account.
Storage and access
Access requests are stored using our service providers and are not publicly readable. We limit access to people and systems that need the information to handle onboarding enquiries.
Payment information
When payment features are available, Paystack or another disclosed payment provider processes payment details. Vantage PT does not store full card details. We may receive and retain transaction metadata needed to identify an invoice and payment, verify provider results, reconcile transactions, provide support, process refunds or reversals, respond to disputes or chargebacks, and investigate fraud or errors.
Payment-provider sharing
We share only the transaction, customer, trainer, and service information reasonably needed by payment providers, banks, card networks, and other authorised parties to process or investigate payments, refunds, reversals, disputes, fraud, and reconciliation, subject to applicable law.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your access-request information by emailing support@vantagept.co.za.
